Biographie de Nirvana
Nirvana était un groupe de rock grunge formé à Aberdeeen, Washington US en 1987. Il était composé de Kurt (Donald) Cobain (né le 20 février 1967 à Aberdeen et décédé le 5 avril 1994 à Seattle, Washington, chanteur-guitariste-parolier) Krist (Anthony) Novoselic II (né le 16 mai 1965 à Compton, Californie US, bassiste) et de David Eric "Dave" Grohl (né le 14 janvier 1969 à Warren, Ohio US, dernier batteur, après une longue série, à avoir rejoint le groupe en 1990)
Le groupe s'est formé après que Krist est entendu la démo 'Fecal Matter' que lui avait donné Kurt, il a commencé sous différents noms tels que Skid Row, Pen Cap Chew, Bliss, and Ted Ed Fred pour finalement devenir Nirvana. Leur premier single "Love Buzz" est sorti en novembre 1988.
Les années qui suivent le groupe rencontre un immense succès mais Kurt a beaucoup de mal à gérer cette notoriété et les médias. Accro à l'héroine, Kurt accepte de faire une cure de désintoxication en 1994, mais malheureusement après moins d'une semaine, il fait le mur et retourne à Seattle. On le retrouvera une semaine plus tard, le 8 avril 1994, une balle dans la tête, dans sa maison de Seattle.
