Biographie de Rhapsody Of Fire
Rhapsody Of Fire est un groupe de metal formé en 1993 à Trieste, Italie.
Luca Turilli décide de gréer un groupe de metal symphonique en intégrant des éléments de musique classique. Les premiers à le rejoindre sont Alex Staropoli et Daniele Carbonara. Ensemble, ils forment le groupe Thundercross. Un an plus tard, ils sortent leur première démo avec Cristiano Adacher au chant. Peu après ils signent leur premier contrat et changent de nom pour Rhapsody.
Leur premier album 'Legendary Tales ' est sorti en 1997.
En juillet 2006, ils changent de nom pour Rhapsody of Fire. Luca Turilli quitte le groupe en 2011. Depuis, il est composé d'Alex Staropoli (clavier), Fabio Lione (chant depuis 1995), Alex Holzwarth (batterie depuis 2000), Oliver Holzwarth (basse depuis 2011) et Roby De Micheli (guitare depuis 2011). Luca a depuis formé un nouveau groupe Luca Turilli's Rhapsody.
