Biographie de Megadeth
Megadeth est un groupe de thrash metal formé en 1983 à Los Angeles, US.
Ils sont reconnus comme l'un des quatre groupes de thrash metal les plus influents (The Big Four of Thrash) avec Metallica, Anthrax, et Slayer.
Le groupe s'était dissout en 2002 à cause d'une blessure nerveuse sévère au bras gauche du guitariste Mustaine, mais après beaucoup de rééducation pour ce dernier, le groupe a pu se reformer en 2004.
Leur mascotte est Vic Rattlehead (Vic est une figure squelettique qui incarne l'expression, « ne voit aucun mal, n'entend aucun mal, ne dit aucun mal. »), apparaissant sur toutes les pochettes d'albums du groupe.
Actuellement, le groupe est composé de Dave Mustaine (guitare/chant),
David Ellefson(basse), Shawn Drover batterie depuis 2004) et Chris Broderick (guitare depuis 2008).
