Biographie de Marina (Marina & The Diamonds)
Marina Lambrini Diamandis (née le 10 octobre 1985 à Abergavenny, Pays de Galles) est une auteure-compositrice-interprète galloise.
A 18 ans, elle arrive à Londres et fait une école de danse pendant 2 mois. Puis des cours de chant Tech Music Schools pendant un an, puis à l'université Middlesex pour sa seconde année où elle abandonne. Elle commence sa carrière sous Marina & The Diamonds. Son premier album 'The Family Jewels' est sorti en 2010.
En 2018, pour marquer une nouvelle étape de sa carrière, Marina annonce sur Twitter qu’elle abandonne "& The Diamonds" pour simplement "Marina".
En 2021, elle commence une nouvelle vie à Los Angeles et se sépare de son ancien petit ami, Jack Patterson, membre du groupe Clean Bandit. Elle sort son cinquième album.
