Biographie de Lacuna Coil
Lacuna Coil est un groupe de métal formé en 1994 à Milan, Italie.
Le chanteur Andrea Ferro et le bassiste Marco Coti Zelati forment d'abord Sleep of Right. Ils recrutent Raffaele Zagaria (guitare) et Michaelangelo Algardi (batterie). Claudio Leo devient le second guitariste et Leonardo Forti remplace Michaelangelo après son départ. Le groupe demande à Cristina Scabbia de les rejoindre et ils changent de nom pour Ethereal mais comme il se trouve qu'il est déjà pris, ils optent pour Lacuna Coil.
Leur premier album 'In a Reverie' est sorti en 1999.
Depuis, le groupe est composé de Andrea Ferro (chant), Marco Coti Zelati (basse-clavier), Cristina Scabbia (chant depuis 1996), Cristiano "Pizza" Migliore (guitare depuis 1998), Cristiano 'CriZ' Mozzatibatterie-percussions depuis 1998) et Marco "Maus" Biazzi (guitare depuis 1999).
