Biographie de Franz Ferdinand
Franz Ferdinand est un groupe d'indie rock formé en 2002 à Glasgow, Ecosse.
Alex Kapranos et Paul Thomson se rencontre lors une fête et se lient d'amitié puis jouent dans Yummy Fur. Ils s'associent ensuite pour écrire des chansons. De son côté, Alex apprend la basse à son ami Robert 'Bob' Hardy puis il rencontre le guitariste Nick McCarthy. Ils signent leur premier contrat en 2003.
Leur premier album 'Franz Ferdinand' est sorti en 2004.
