Biographie de Arch Enemy
Arch Enemy est un groupe de death mélodique formé à Halmstad, Suède en 1996.
C'est au départ un super groupe (les membres jouent tous dans d'autres groupes), il est formé lorsque Michael Amott (de Carcass, Carnage, et Spiritual Beggars) quitte Carcass. Lui et son jeune frère Christopher (Armageddon) rejoignent le chanteur Johan Liiva (ex-Carnage, Furbowl, Devourment), puis le batteur Daniel Erlandsson (Eucharistie).
Lerur premier album 'Black Earth' est sorti en 1996.
Depuis 2012, le groupe est composé de Michael Amott (guitare), claviers en 2005 et 2007, basse en 1996), Daniel Erlandsson (batterie en 1996 et depuis 1998), Sharlee D'Angelo (basse depuis 1999), Angela Gossow (chant depuis 2000) et Nick Cordle (guitare depuis 2012).
